Rachael Alsbury is the founder of Aesthetica Medical Spa. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a masters degree from Gonzaga University. Rachael is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the medical aesthetics industry for producing natural, transformative results.
Tori Richardson
Provider, Licensed Practical Nurse, OTR/L, LPN
Tori Richardson was born and raised in Montana. She graduated from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and later went on to get her Nursing Degree. She has worked and gained experience in numerous settings including inpatient and medical aesthetics. She has over 10 years experience in the medical field.
Kelly Mower
Registered Nurse
Kelly Mower is a Registered Nurse at Aesthetica Medical Spa. Born and raised right here in the Flathead Valley. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Business Marketing from Montana State University. Kelly loves helping patients feel more confident in their own skin and address concerns about how they look and feel. Passionate about health and wellness.
Taylor Stafford
Medical Aesthetician
Taylor has worked in the aesthetics industry for over 7 years. She has a Master Aesthetician License from Southwest Institute for Natural Aesthetics. She is passionate about skincare and will stop at nothing until your skin GLOWS! She specializes in facials, peels, dermaplaning, waxing and microneedling.

Office Manager
Patty has volunteered her time in the Medical Aesthetics Industry for the past 4 years. Specializing in patient care coordination and team management.
